Where in the World is Clarita Vaughn!?


Welcome to a special edition to our blog that features our extended family of consultants who are a part of our team, but are not in our local area.

Congratulations to consultant Clarita Vaughn, who is a new team member of Pearlene Menogan out in Texas. Clarita is beautiful girl with tons of talent going for her! She made great progress in her business right out of the gate. She placed a qualifying order, had a few parties, and accomplished her Perfect Start!

This day is exclusively for 13 participating NSD areas.



Here are the 6 most important things you need to do to take full advantage of this day:

1) Make a list of what guests you want to invite! Make it clear this is an "appointment" . . . with RSVP! Don’t just "hope" she calls. Confirm and reconfirm!

2) Explain to your guest how important it is to be on time for the call and let her know what to expect! We suggest that you give her an agreement to read plus other appropriate information before the call. Layering means a more likely signing!

3) Be on time for the call! That means calling in 3 to 5 minutes ahead of the designated time.

Do not announce yourself!

4) This call will be muted. You will hear the National Sales Directors, but they won’t hear you. Please listen attentively.

5) Why not get together with your prospects if at all possible? Meet her for the call! Go to her home! There is nothing like being face to face with someone when she hears marketing! Follow up, follow up, follow up with your prospects that are on the call. It is up to you to close them.

6) Build out of town! No kidding . . . this is a perfect way to share with someone who is not in your area! Who do you know? Use the attached questionnaire if you choose.

Pizza and Possibilities Success






Melanie Jepperson the Queen of Sales with a $700 plus week, just working about four hours for two classes, what a life!









Cindy Ewing, Queen of Sharing, with 13 interviews - thanks to her new consultant Amber who had eight guests at her party. Lisa Young came in a close second with 12 interviews!










Coral Todd wins Queen of Guests, with three at our Pizza and Possibilities, one is a new consultant, and another one signed up at this event!








We heard from a group of experienced Red Jackets who are well on their way to DIQ, including Lisa Young (in photo), Coral Todd, Cindy Ewing, and Melanie Jepperson. Thank you so much for all of your personal inspiration - by coming this far, you have paved the way for so many others to follow!



















SuzAnne herself had a special guest, Erika, who assisted her with her marketing presentation. Erika is a daughter of one of SuzAnne's neighbors from years ago, and they haven't seen each other in years. Believe it or not, they met by chance in a nail salon just on Tuesday! Erika is an intelligent woman with a warm smile and would make a great consultant, and who better to learn from than NSD SuzAnne Brothers!


Both Guests and Consultants had the opportunity to win prizes, and here 'cute' Colleen Tolle, who said "I never win anything!" was thrilled to win a prize presented by SuzAnne.









Coral's guest Donna, Red Jacket Coral Todd, Consultant Colleen Tolle, New Consultant Christina Denning, and SuzAnne's Guest, Erika all won prizes from the drawing. Thank you to Zach, our man of the hour who drew the ticket numbers!




Here we have our top producers of the week, all with over $400 of sales in the prior week. Kellise Fitzpatrick, Cindy Ewing and Coral Todd. Cindy Ewing earned a Power Start Plus pin in addition to a $700 plus week, and Coral Todd had a $1000 plus week. Listen up ladies, it CAN be done!


Sorry ladies, it's not the best picture, but here we have AWESOME AMBER... Cindy's newest consultant who has already made great progress in getting her business started! So much so, Cindy said she'll take a step back and watch Amber TAKE OFF! We also loved having Amber's boyfriend Zach in the group - such a sweet guy!!!





Megan Weaver had three new consultants to pin, but due to the snowstorm, Melissa Schlyer was the bravest to stick around. Melissa will stay busy with her business while her husband is deployed.





Coral Todd pinned her new consultant Diana Scott, who was actually one of Coral's best customer's who couldn't take it any longer and had to have her own Mary Kay business. Welcome aboard Diana!









Both Christina Denning (left)and Devlyn Brown (right) won special prizes for for making such great progress in their business right out of the gate! With their work ethic, they will definitely be very successful!

Tuesday, March 16th Results Are In

Hello all of you fabulous girls...spring is in the air and boy do we have the fever!

Take a look at our girls below who are taking advantage of the new season and getting out to really make things happen. I know your smiling face will also be in our photos soon! We're looking forward to a fantastic weekend with our annual Career Conference at the Convention Center in Downtown Denver kicking off on Friday night... I'll be seeing you there!


Here she is our wonderful STAR, (literally!) consultant, Red Jacket Cindy Ewing! She will certainly be in DIQ by April 1st at the rate she is going - EIGHT guests and SIXTEEN interviews makes her a DOUBLE Queen for the evening.

Congratulations to Cindy on a TREMENDOUS effort! We are SO super PROUD of you!!!!!!!


These are our beautiful women of Red who are setting such a wonderful example for the rest of our girls to follow. It's actually really simple to accomplish, and we so want to help you too, wear a Red Jacket demonstrating your continued commitment to your Mary Kay business!

Another Diva Delight Night!

It was another busy night at Italian Diva Brow Night with over 50 people in attendance! Thank you to Directors Michaella Fields, Karen Tocquiny and Kerri Bunker for helping to pull off this fabulous event!
